- Homestead is not a national franchise. The people who own the company work in it, and every community we manage is in New Jersey — close enough for a manager to be on site.

- Our leadership holds the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations — PCAM being the highest credential the Community Associations Institute awards — and the company is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC).
